The Singchana service ("Singchana", "the Site" or "the Service") is operated by PKEPL ("us", "we" or "the Company"). BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Singchana reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, remove, or otherwise change or modify portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. For as long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Singchana grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

Singchana.com provides an online karaoke service that allows you to sing karaoke and take part in an online community under certain terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.

The Service is intended solely for users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. If you are 13 or older but under the age of 18 you should review these terms of use with your parent or guardian and verify that you and your parent or guardian understand these Terms of Use. In registering with and/or participating in Singchana, you are confirming that you are over the age of 13 years and that you agree to the terms set forth below.

All content on the Site and available through the Service, including designs, text, pictures, graphics, video, information, software, applications, music, sound and other files, and their arrangement and selection (the "Site Content"), are the proprietary property of the Company, its users or its licensors, with all rights reserved. No Site Content may be copied, modified, framed, distributed, reproduced, republished, scraped, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, without the Company's prior written consent, except that the foregoing does not apply to your own User Content (as defined below) that you legally post on the Site. Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and the Site Content and to print or download a copy of any portion of the Site Content to which you have legally gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. You understand that when using the Service you will be exposed to Content from a variety of sources and that PKEPL is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, safety, legality, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Content. Further, you understand and acknowledge that that Content to which you are exposed may be objectionable, offensive, inaccurate, or indecent, and you hereby waive any equitable or legal rights or remedies you have or may have against PKEPL with respect thereto.

- Update and maintain this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate.

Please note that any data, information, material or other communication you post on or transmit to the Site will be deemed NOT to be confidential and non-proprietary. You may do so by closing your account or ceasing use of all parts of the Service.

The Company may terminate your membership, delete your profile and any content or information that you have posted on the Site, and/or prohibit you from accessing or using the Service or the Site (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Service or the Site or any Platform Application) for any or no reason, at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
